6 week session July 16th-Aug 25th

$68 for 6 weeks or 2 payments of $34 for 1-hour class

$58 for 6 weeks or 2 payments of $29 for 45 min class

”Heels Angels”

Unleash your feminine side with no judgment in our new adult heels optional dance. We will start off with a barefoot warm up and then move onto some steamy choreography in your favorite pair of heels (or you can stay barefoot). In case you miss a week or need the extra practice, we will always take some time do a refresher of the previous week. Song choice will change monthly along with choreography.

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga is a beautiful way to enhance the mind body connection with another soul. This is an amazing way to create pathways of communication and trust.   This will be a fusion of Hatha Yoga, Thai massage, and acro yoga. Please feel free to bring a friend, sibling, or  intimate partner. Not limited to only guy/girl

partnership.

Buti Yoga

This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format with fun music that will make you want to sing. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.

Hatha Yoga

This practice includes physical postures, breathing techniques, mudras and meditation. The focus is on the physical body, addressing the functioning of every cell, tissue, organ and system. It is ideal for stress and   tension relief. Light pressure will be applied by the  instructor to stressfully prone areas in savasana at the end of class to release any left over tension. Whether  one’s goal is relaxation, weight loss or healing an injury, hatha is the perfect doorway for their needs. All levels welcome.

Barre Above Fitness

Barre workouts are a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength    training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific  sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. It is for all fitness levels, we offer modifications.

Power Yoga

Power Vinyasa is a moving flow class that builds  flexibility and strength evenly in your body. Moving with Breath from one pose to another. Using our breath with movement helps bring you into challenging poses. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered to make yoga accessible for  "everybody".
